1. Roaring River
Roaring River State Park is a lot of fun for all of the family. The state park has at least 13 trails of various lengths. The park has fishing, a nature center, Park store, and much more. Located a little over 12 miles from Cassville MO, this state park has plenty to offer.
2. Devils Kitchen
The Devils Kitchen is 1.5 miles long and takes an estimated 45min to complete. The trail begins along side the river, and has some beautiful scenery. As the path twist and turns under the old oak canopy the river carries a cool breeze. The path is very well marked with red tags on the trees near the trail. Large bluffs near the path, and plenty of numbered paths up to them, some being caves. The Trail loops around and goes through a pine forest. Water burbles up from the ground under a ledge and across natures path. Towards the end of the path, the loop connects to the beginning.
